since the new style came in got problems with the page layout. part of my screen seems to overlap and I have to fiddle about to get the box to ask a question. also there is a funny oblong blue window which seems to be bisected by the 'search in the answerbank' light coloured surround. any ideas - it's very annoying

Might be worth changing the View settings on internet explorer. Click on View then Zoom and try different sizes.
I know it doesn't help but everything looks good to me.
Are you using a laptop or a phone?

thanks Factor - trouble is, it's only one particular part of the screen that has this problem - it's almost as though something has got stuck behind something else. Not very technical I'm afraid.

Well if you haven't already tried this I suggest you log out of AB. Then clear your cache completely (Tools, Internet Options, Delete, delete...). Then log back into AB again
