Just to let you know, I have had a response from Consumer Direct re the above and provided them with my location details as they want to put me in touch with my local trading standards officer.
If they ask for any details about AB, I will defer to you first before providing further information.
With a bit of luck they may be able to rid AB of this pestilence !
