I have signed a service Bond with a company for 2 years before joining the company.

I have signed a service Bond with a company for 2 years before joining the company. Now iam not interested to join the company. If i say iam not interested to join, is it possible for them to take any legal action against me using the bond ? I repeat i have not still joined the company. feb 21 2011 is the joining date................

I don't know about Indian law but I think they'd have a good case for seeking compensation but I doubt they would pursue it unless they know you have the resources to pay the sort of compensation they would want.
Didn't you also pull out of a Diplomo course a while ago?

More important than whether it is an Indian company is to ask whether it is operating in the UK (or under UK laws). My guess is that it isn't - because asking someone to commit to a 2 year service contract is pretty unusual, though not impossible.
It becomes a contractual issue, not an employment law issue, and are potentially in breach of contract (under many countries legislation), for which you might get sued for their costs associated with your breach.
