ABlog. Touching base with the AB universe

A blog is what you want, so a blog is what ye shall receive. Let�s get the site-updates out of the way first. Hopefully we�ve fixed the technical problems that we were having during the week. You never know when these things are going to spring up, but we try to sort them out as quickly as possible for you guys. Don�t want the AB experience to be disrupted for too long.

This week has seen a couple of arrivals within AB. China Doll�s housemate�s sister gave birth to a boy on Wednesday, and one of her best friends had a daughter last Saturday, so congratulations to them. However BOO I�m not sure that I can announce the birth of twins that aren�t due until March, but I do wish your daughter all the best with the pregnancy.

Octavius has suggested that I celebrate Arsene Wenger�s 11th year with Arsenal. This blatantly isn�t the sport section but here�s a passing mention just to show that I do read your suggestions. Well done Arsene � here�s to another decade.

The results are in�.the votes have been counted�at least three people have been sectioned under the mental health act with the stress of the controversy�the destiny of trivia in the Answerbank (Body & Soul in particular) has been decided. The poll that was up on the site breaks down as follows: 1 - Let them stay they are just harmless fun got 43% of votes. 2 - They have to go they are a waste of space on AB notched up 28%. 3 - Love the trivia questions and think they should have their own topic 29%. So what does this mean It means that trivia questions won�t be taken off the site. However, this isn�t set in stone, so if you do feel strongly about it then let us know here in AB Towers and we�ll have a review if necessary.

Stepping outside the AB universe for a moment the unfortunate sporting moment of the last couple of weeks is from the world of tennis. Commentators had to face up to a match between two players Wang and King. As you can imagine there was a problem during long rallies when the names had to be said one after the other. And of course, to make it even better, the match was held in Bangkok. Nothing like a bit of light innuendo to get Friday off to a good start.
