Busy couple of weeks...

Hope you're all well!

Been pretty busy recently, sorting out a few things with AB, checking IT issues etc, but I've tried my best to get back to all of your emails.

One bit of important news is that within the next few weeks we will finally have weekend moderation available on Answerbank. We're working on setting a connection up very soon, allowing me or another member of the team to zap out of office hours. This will eventually apply to evening moderation after 5pm from Monday-Friday.

We're also looking into other ways to control multiple usernames until we can ban a connection for good. One idea that has been mentioned is to suspend registration over the weekends. This is obviously a very drastic measure and is something we won't eagerly dive into, but we would really like to know your thoughts on the matter (I'll probably set up a poll very soon to see what the general feeling is).

One matter I would like to address before I go:

Arguments Outside of Answerbank

I am not here to regulate what goes on outside of Answerbank, so those who complain to me about Facebook groups, emails, phone calls etc will be ignored.

I moderate the material on Answerbank only, nothing more, so please don't come to me complaining about things that I have no control over.
