As I've said before - change will take time.

If people think that these changes will be implemented instantly then they've got another thing coming.

Development takes time and a lot of thought.

I've never promised immediate change, but what I have promised is a firmer hand to deal with those who abuse Answerbank, even though we currently lack the tools and resources to handle them 100% effectively.

I need all of you to help me with this. Report things to me, email me, tell me who the culprits are but I need you ignore those that start trouble and not to fuel the fire.

Some people will try to cause trouble just because they've got nothing better to do. They can keep signing up new accounts, new usernames and posting crude material - but I will always be here sipping my mug of coffee happily zapping them back to where they came from.

It's my job.

Be vigilant and keep using AB like you have always used it - for the right reasons.
