Happy Halloween...!

Are we all feeling that spooky Halloween feeling today No... Anyone braving the blistering cold to go Trick or Treating with the kids

As I announced the other day, we'll finally be getting some out of hours moderation which will begin within the next couple of weeks. This will really give us a chance to get to grips with the users who abuse my absence and turn Answerbank into a mess, so either I or a colleague will be about to zap the trolls.

I have also been informed that we now have a team of techies (in our offices in Chile) working on the new version of the website. Their primary goal, for now at least, is to deal with Answerbank's database and information systems i.e. refining the search tool, improving loading times and generally making the site very user friendly.

As I have said before, don't expect these changes to be instant - when it comes to IT, development always takes longer than it's supposed to - but I assure you it'll be worth it.

Is anyone seeing Quantum of Solace this weekend I wanted to go tonight but I'm traveling to the lovely city of Birmingham for a Halloween party! I'm going dressed at Heath Ledger's Joker, which should be good! I'll probably take the time to scare some children on the way there too...

Anyway, I hope you all have a good Halloween (even if you're grumpy and don't believe in that sort of thing) and have a great weekend to boot.
