PLEASE can you stop this blasted question being posted 20 times a minute! Can't you put a block on or something, so that everytime someone types '13 million' and Americans' in the same sentence then they get booted off the site?

Don`t be too hard - it`s only because you recognise the question that it grates with you (and me). BUT every week in Q & P the same questions from MoS are repeated time after time - this really is just as bad.
