Thanks DEN53 for asking, he went to hospital yesterday afternoon, his blood count was up a little but they let him home.
Has to go again tomorrow to see how its going.

Zebadee, all mine were purchased from my local supermarket, Asda accept them as well. I printed 2 off the Toblerone site, the rest were photo copy's. Not had any spam either, if you do just delete, easy peasy :-)

Like trt says you have to scroll the terms and conditions part.
And once that is done the box will be displayed and you can check it.
Once registered an email will be sent and you click the address in the email to activate your account. Once that is done you get a free voucher then and there to print off.
