pink-kittens is right. The line is "So why do some people do it whilst they're driving" The man doing the voiceover laughs during the word driving.

I wondered what this post was about cos I never realised it was different. However I've seen it often since, and have played it back many times too (and tried subtitles1) and I cannot make it out.

It's definitely NOT him laughing during the voice over - it is a word (sounds like troughing) but it's a word I can't fully make out. believe me I've tried (as have others in the house)

It definitely IS him chuckling when saying 'driving', which causes the voiceover to sound like 'try-fing'...
