Anyone else watch this series - I am fascinated by what people will undergo, and given the money yes I'd change a few things BUT plastic surgery on a dog yukk I think that is sick. What do viewers think??

I watched this the other week and they had an 18 year old black girl having liposuction everywhere and in the end went down 4 dress sizes ready for her prom. Anyway, whilst watching it Vanessa and some other guy were talking to the surgeon via live video link, but the surgeon seemed to be really pervie! Did anyone else notice this, the girl who just had the surgery was coming round and was totally nude just lying there for the whole duration, and the surgeon's hand was always near one of her breasts, leaning on it - even shaking her gently to wake her was wobbling it, or just resting it between the two! They didnt even cover her up. I know people wanted to see the end result but you couldnt tell from her lying down... it made me feel uncomfortable and Im far from being a prude!!
