sending cv to jobcentre

next door neighbour has recently lost job so had to sign on at the local jobcentre, they now want her to send them her cv, she hasnt got one but they have given her their email addres for her to type one out and send it, she has asked me how to do this and i dont know, basically should she type it in wordpad and save it and email it that way or just do it as a normal email, i am really trying to help her so any hep would be appreciated

I've had email problems for the past week or two. Pain in the neck so it is. I can read my received ones but sending them has been proving a pain the the bum.
