Just been catching up on the Netball. It's been quite an eventful few days.

This time last week, Storm lost quite badly (67-48) to Northern Thunder.

Since then ...

Thursday:

Mavericks continued their good form with a close win over Team Bath.

Team Bath 49-51 Mavericks

Friday:

The Whippets won again ... they're doing really well.

Yorkshire Jets 46-38 Loughborough Lightning

Saturday:

Northern Thunder, no doubt flushed from beating Storm earlier in the week, gave Northumbria a bit of a whupping.

Northern Thunder 71-35 Team Northumbria ... (Ouch!!)

TONIGHT'S GAME ...

... is Surrey Storm v Celtic Dragons

It started quarter of an hour ago, so watch this space.

I'm hoping that SkySports4 will show this game on Thursday, although Dragons are playing Lightning on Thursday evening, so they might decide to show that game live.

Well, Storm won tonight, so that's good.

Surrey Storm 74-50 Celtic Dragons

Storm were ahead for most of the game (except for a short period in the second quarter when Dragons took a 2 point lead).

Apparently (!!), this game IS going to be shown on SkySports4, so ...

... yay, and rah team, rah!
