Am not familiar probably with all the facilities that can be used on this computer but yesterday posted that system was slow. Anyway went to chrome google and I have absolutely f ed my whole way of going. It is going to House of Fraser and have lost my favourities - how can I get back to my own google. It is also asking for email address which is correct but wont accept password and if you follow instructions after that wont work. God I dont want to spend another £50 since I only paid that about 2 months ago. Thanks for any replies.
Just an example - like at top icon at the moment I am getting

Imported homepage all brands children;s brand beauty brands - this is all from house of fraser - have never been to house of fraser on this computer.

At the top right of your screen there should be a little spanner. Click on it and a drop down menu will appear. Clicking on 'history'and a list of the sites you've visited will appear.then click on any of them to go to that site.
I'm far from an expert, so hope this helps.

Glad to be able to help, Connemmara.
To the left of the spanner is a 5 pointed star. When you're on the page you want click on that star to 'bookmark' it. I think that's the same as favourites.

If you click on the little parallelogram near top left on the screen a new tab will open.
In address bar type www. google.co.uk. This should get you google back on the initial pages.

Click on the spanner and choose options. You can set your homepage and other stuff in there.
