Film title?

Last year I watched a film on TV, but I can't remember what the title was. It was about a guy who was involved with the mafia. I think he lived in an appartment with his girlfriend. In a neighbouring appartment there was this lesbian woman who fancied the bloke's girl, and they plotted to take all his money and run off with it together. The money was in a suitcase and he was supposed to give it to a mafia bloke who he owed money to. I /think/ the guy ended up unconscious in the bath, and there was blood on the floor that they covered up with a rug. The lesbian had huge pouty lips.
