the answer is aint got no/i got life from the musical hair by nina simone.  As an aside, when you post your question, it gives you a number of questions that have been asked and answed before that might be similar to yours.  Just by typing in muller ad as a title, at least four of the questions that come up fro you to look at are this question, and it has been answered on those occaisions

i did read those other questions and the reason i did post the question was the answers given were far from consistent.they ranged from nina simone to a song called broken (forget the second word) and i didn't remember if the ad was for muller or muller vitality. and this post was the only one to include the lyrics. so in future a plain old answer would suffice. i am not trying to be horrible saying this, just explaining why i did infact post this
