Anyone Know this Advert?

Hi everyone,

My mother spotted a TV advert earlier today (possibly on freeview 38 during Salvage Hunters?) that was advertising a video game. All she can remember of the title was something to do with the word "Empire".

She is not sure which platform it is for but described it as looking like Skyrim but about building empires... very little detail I know but if anyone recognises this I would really appreciate the name of the game.
