Vauxhall Zafira Diesel ?

I am thinking of getting a Vauxhall Zafira Diesel , has anyone got one and can tell me how many miles per gallon to expect ? I have seen the manufacturers info but I would like it from someone who actually has one

I had a 150hp cdti and was disappointed by the fuel economy as it only managed in the mid 30s.

Providing the car has been serviced well, tyre pressures correct & checked weekly / monthly, the 1600 should give a return in the region of 40/ 45 mph.

Toureman, Thanks for the link mine would be the 1.7 Diesel so 42 to 50 mpg .
Better than my Subaru Impreza , can't get much over 35 mpg out of that no matter how carefully I drive.

I've got a 2 litre diesel zafira and that gets around 40-45 mpg. Must be my light right foot.
