Can anybody identify these films from a scene depiction.

1. A man walks his dog near riverside is then approached by some men who arrive on the scene in a car, he refuses to co-operate with them, is then murdered and dog stays next to the riverside. The entire scene is recorded on a concealed camera which is used to film wildlife and is later collected and viewed by the nature reserve to his horror and amazement.

2.Government agents seek assistance from computer nerd to control flow of information on the internet. The computer hacker has a long nose and speaks many languages and tries to destroy his stuff in a microwave.
