Frances Encell is (almost) a child actress. She plays the daughter in the ad. I'm asking about the Mum who, if it helps, was in quite a lot of Glade ads.

Thanks, everybody. What IS confusing is that all her UK ads have her sounding British whereas she's clearly the American, Dori Kelly, so she's either been dubbed in this country or does another version speaking in a British accent.

Sorry, everybody! I've just had another careful (this time) look at the ad and......it's not the Glade actress at all, it's the actress, Heidi Monsen, who has done Activia ads before...and many others. Heidi and Dori are similar "types" but....not the same.

Sorry about the wild goose chase.
