Mira Advance electric shower

mums mira advance electric shower is only producing a tiny dribble of water. I am visiting her on Wednesday and will check obvious things like blocked hose or shower head etc. Are there other things I can check besides the obvious before I call an electrician? Suggestions would be welcome, thanks

\i had a mira and the main thing that runs it is the cartridge but it is a bit delicate to do yourself. If you live in a hard water area soak the head in some diluted white vinegar to clear the limescale build up

NO BUT FOUND I GOT IT ON MY GAS CENTRAL HEATING COVER. WILL GET THEM OUT.
