Time and Tune

I'd be interested to know if anyone is familiar with a BBC radio programme for schools called Time and Tune. There was a song from one of the books, the title of which I don't remember, but the lyrics went something like: "When the crescent moon had a single star, to guide her through the night" and "we come, we come, we strange little people come". I would love to know which year the song featured in time and tune, and even more ecstatic if someone knows where to get hold of it.
