Bank Advert - keepy uppies!

In the Bank advert for Bank of Scotland (or Royal Bank - not sure). When the guy Scot from Edinburgh is doing keepy uppies there is a tune being hummed in the background. What is the tune? It's from a song but I don't know which one. Any help much appreciated.

the tune is called itty bitty pretty one. the reason i know is its actually me in the advert and i couldnt stop huumming the tune for weeks!
