Please could anyone tell me where I can buy a sack of golden wonder potatoes in Ayrshire.

Maybe you could ask these folk. They're actually in Lanarkshire, and they're probably wholesalers only, but they do mention Golden Wonder and they may be able to help you with the name of a retailer near you. The trouble is that Golden Wonder potatoes are looked on as being a low yield crop. They're excellent, but these days it's a case of quantity before quality, as a visit to any supermarket will show....
