how long does the garentor hold responsibilty for the property. I have been in a property for 2 years only had 6 months contract and now im in 2 months arreas, if i leave without paying will the garentor have to pay up if i dont?

The guarantor remains as long as you keep the lease, you have obviously renewed since the first 6 months. The guarantor would still be liable.
you may do better posting this in Law rather than the section on advertising!
yes the guarentor is liable for the length of your time in the property...
