Was hoping someone can help me. I recently moved address, but in the same street, a few doors along. And I still park in the same secure car park. I emailed admiral with the details the other week and I got this back...
"I can confirm we have made the following change(s) to your policy, which will be effective from 10/04/13.We have also amended the address on your policy.As a result of this change a balance of £371.48 is due which has been distributed over your remaining instalments. This balance includes any relevant administration charges."
I have 3 installments left and I pay 160 a month as it is?? Im gonna phone tomorrow morning, not had time with working and the admiral office shuts when im working. Does this seem right to you? It doesn't seem fair and I cant afford it

That wording suggests they have changed more than just the address - what was listed? Anyway your only option is to make time to call them.
