Just seen the Galaxy advert again.

The Audrey Hepburn character just blatantly steals the bus drivers hat.

If some oiky chav had stolen his hat, would he have been quite so understanding? or would he have leapt out of his cab and given chase?

Similarly, Bertie Wooster, of course, stole a policeman's helmet. Although, thinking about it, he did find himself in front of the Beak the next morning, swaying unsteadily, still wearing his DJ and white silk scarf.

I totally agree JJ, beautiful people do tend to get away with more.
I read somewhere that good looking people were more likely to 'get off' with crimes as the jury would be swayed slightly by their looks.
