Mine are, The Galaxy one where a Audrey Hepburn look-a-like steals the bus drivers cap and grabs a lift in the open topped car, all to the sound of Moon River.
My worse is the one where two women spy on their neighbour who is cooking Aunt Bessie's ready meals.

I don't think there's a `good' advert on at the moment, but the two I immediately mute or turn off are Victoria Plumb (The two twins in the bath with the same number of front teeth missing - it's their voices that get on my nerves) and the Somersby Cider advert (Obviously it's an Apple thing - "16-pip, 32-pip etc.)
while i concede that there are some imaginative and clever adverts on the telly, and also some really dreadful ones, i cannot choose any specific ones
my beef would be that there are too many of them
there can be four or even five advertising breaks in any given hour - and i have occasionally timed some at well over four minutes
I mute them mostly and especially the Go Compare one. The one that really gets me is the Pedigree Chum one where that beautiful unloved maltreated dog is standing forlornly in the yard in the pouring rain with no shelter, water, food, then its owner starts yelling abuse at it because it dares to whimper. I know it's all set up to tug at the heart strings and it works, for me anyway.
