So, Do I Take My Axe To The Cemetery?

There is a nice bench beside MrG's grave so I often sit and have a chunter and moan and share a tot of Whiskey. Often I am the only person there and it's quiet....well unless I overdo the Whiskey.
Yesterday a woman of my age was visiting a grave when she was attacked by two men..one had a knife...they threw her to the ground, stole her keys and took her car.
I guess there may be more women visiting a grave alone so where better to attack a lone woman.
It won't stop me visiting of course, but what a shame that I now have to be very aware of who else is in the cemetery...and as I said...do I have to go armed?

You should be aware of your enironment, keep a 360 degree view of your surroundings, take a pair of binoculars, put some mud on your face and wear camouflage gear just incase you have to go for deep cover, take your sniper rifle rather than the shotgun as you may need to fire from cover and be accurate rather than impactful. I would also take your harley rather than the car as they would be more scared of handling that .

Fluff....my axe is pretty and often in my handbag...I shall take something that makes a horrendous noise....and my pepper pot....used to be just a bunch of flowers....:-)

Ooo I like the ghost idea, actually, work on that one and see what you come up with, you could go as a zombie actually, that would freak them out, there's merit in the idea. Alternatively get the local paper to run a front page story on it all and make people aware there are such bastards about.
