cute, but bears? That seems very American, and John Lewis is a very British shop. It looks like a Disney Christmas rather than an Oxford St one, if you see what I mean.

not being hard nosed, just that i find most of the ads, and heigh ho mentality really wearing, its just so early, if it was mid way through December perhaps it would be easier to stomach.

Quite like Lily Allen's song - a hit in the making.

I thought the graphics were a bit too twee.

Still, it will get people talking, which is the idea of any ad.

It didn't pass my 'hankie' test and I can cry over insurance ads!

Have to admit, did not like it much... as someone else said, seemed quite American, what with it featuring a hibernating bear! and I prefer the original version of that song.
