Very Bad Dreams, I Never Have Good Dreams.

ive just woken, every night i have bad dreams, its a good night if i have no dreams at all and i can at least get 6-7 hrs sleep. tonight ive had 2 bad ones, in one my brother killed himself, now im lying here in bed worrying.

is there anyone else like me here ? cant understand it.

sorry to hear this beez. i don't have dreams as such i just get nights where i can't sleep.

If I ever have a glass of Madeira, I ALWAYS have really terrible nightmares afterwards. Don't know if it's the cause but that's what I put it down to so I gave up Madeira my dear...

I had nightmares when I was very stressed. I seemed to dream a lot. I think the dreaming is how we sort out the stuff in our heads. Are you stressed, or got a lot going on in your life?

update. i had 2 bad dreams last night before 3 am, brother killed himself etc really really vivid, i got back to sleep eventually and had 3 more bad dreams, me and wife split up, she was having affair, lost my child and was not allowed to see her , things like that, not nightmares as in ghosts etc just really real vivid bad dreams, as i say i never have a good one , never even have a normal one, just bad. strange. yes i am stressed and i do drink quite often now, beer only which i am trying to address.

You've had an incredibly stressful time recently. I'm not at all surprised. I think you need to try to sort the real problems out a little, where you can and put your mind at rest a bit.
