if l craete an advert whom should l send it to. like to come with your own idear at home or should l take to the advertising agencies.

If you have your product, Nike for instance, you need to find out the advertising agency which produces their ad campaigns (Mobile phone network Orange, for instance, used to have their ads produced by the agency Mother. Not sure who it is now though.)

The enquiries department at the British Film Institute might be able to tell you who they are and give you their number. You would then need to phone that particular agency and ask who to send it to.
