Seriously though, this is going to become more of a problem especially where technology starts to take a hold.
There are two main issues as I see it
1) Trials are far too long.
2) The majority of the general public are too thick let alone they dont have the knowledge.
Perhaps we need to consider trials where the jury is specialized. Should make them shorter too as brighter people would see through the antics of the barristers.
