Lucky the dog - More Than Adverts
Someone has told me that "Lucky" has passed away. Anyone know if it's true, as my dog is besotted with him, and cries every time he appears on screen (she used to love the Daz dogs until they stopped sponsoring Emmerdale!)

DOG STAR OF MORE TH>N ADS PASSES AWAY
It is with very much sadness that MORE TH>N announces that Benson, the dog that plays the role of Lucky in the companys adverts, passed away yesterday. Benson, aged 12, had played the part of Lucky since MORE TH>Ns launch in June 2001, and died peacefully after a short battle with cancer.
From his humble beginnings as a rescued dog, Benson rose to become one of Britains most famous and well-recognised dogs and all those that worked with him saw in him a unique star quality. In all he starred in over twenty MORE TH>N commercials, as well as featuring in the film 102 Dalmatians.
