Right at the end of the ad, a woman seems to sing something, but to me it just sounds like she is whining.

This horrible noise was baffling me too. Apparently she is singing "And the whole wide world is whistling"
The song is Pumpin Blood by NONONO and doesn't sound quite so bad if you hear it all.
