Well I'm feeling quite relieved that mummy cat has gone out for the first time since her 'lady's op' on Thursday - and hasn't managed to rip her stitches out - and she's now sleeping peacefully. I've just got to find the kittens now, to make sure that none of them have disappeared! (I might be able to combine that with a trip to the Co-op for a bottle of their rather nice Spanish white for just £4.25). Then I'll settle down for two hours of Last of the Summer Wine (Yesterday, 2100-2300) - that's assuming I'm not still playing 'hunt the kittens by torchlight' of course!

Having an exasperating time here - some plonker of a farmer managed to damage the phone line here and BT in the infinite wisdom are saying Wednesday....the Broadband is working but, my is it intermittent and a terrible quality. Grrrr - probably just as well MoFC is cancelled this week.

well that is the option for tomorrow - an Inn about 4 miles away - the coffee is good and my usual Sunday stop for newspapers etc.
