Make the drink driving limit 'trace' and everyone knows where the stand.

I don't think these campaigns hit as hard as the intention. People who routinely drink and drive must have the ability to swith off to the dangers.

The problem is that it is always someone else that it will happen to. Some of the drivers involved in accidents are just above the limit but some are so far over the limit they should be dead or unconscious. How do they manage to key in the key thingy (I am not a driver)?

I despise people who drink and drive and I wouldn't hesitate to 'shop' them regardless of the consequences for them.
It's absolutely that simple.
