Need Business Fibre Optic Broadband ...

I am trying to get some details together for different deals for my employer (including any add on's etc) But I can't seem to find any companies that :

Do business contracts for 12 months on Fibre Optic Broadband ..

I have tried to go through the usual comparison sites but these are all home broad band systems - or if they are business, they are just broadband instead of fibre optic ...

Does anyone use any companies for this? or have any search tips?
