Nokia...everything in gallery has gone and camera not working

I was looking at some pics i had taken today and then i went back to my phones main menu and then went back to gallery and eveything had gone (i was only looking at them 10seconds b4 this happened) I turned my phone off and took the memory card out...turned it back on (they still weren't there) turned off and put memory card back in and they still weren't there...everything has gone from the gallery...even the stuff that the phone had come with was gone....camera isn't working either...i read the link above and i've removed all the apps and stuff i had put on...its still not working though...what should i do know??
