Peugeot 107 Rear Bumper

How easy is it to remove and replace the black rear bumper infill on a peugeot 107. Not the bumper itself - just the black insert. TIA

Those type of insert are usually held by clips that are molded on to the insert all around it, it would be best to try and remove the insert with the rear bumper removed so that you can bend the clips down and pull the insert free. Or maybe if you can see the clips from behind ( means crawling under the car ) you could probably release the clips with the bumper still attached to the car, if you can use that method then get one of your mates to pull at the insert while you release the clips.
