Is that the one with the bloke hopping along the breakwater dodging the waves? If so, then it's a song called Mushaboom by a Canadian band called Feist. It came out as a single about a year ago, and is still available from Amazon.

Oops. Actually, to be precise Feist is the (strange) name of a solo singer, not a band.
