Unwanted Advert

Five times this morning a full page advert has appeared on my iPad for Labrokes sport mobile in play. My hand has been nowhere near the iPad on any of the occasions and I have never looked at a Labrokes site. Any ideas on how I can stop this as it is very annoying. How does it happen?

Free apps are increasingly firing these off. It's now way of them making an income. I've also noticed this after I've been using the Google News webpage

It just happened four more times in the last Five mins. It seems only to happen when I am not typing or using the machine. Driving me potty.

Might be worth checking if you have a Ladbrokes App installed on the iPad . If so, you should be able to delete it from your system. Some instructions for removing an iPAD App can be found here:-
