Don't understand the advert - they are cooking different meals ie like a Fry and saying "bananas". What are they trying to achieve like I dont understand it - it maybe is a Sainsburys advert but very annoying.
Basically they are saying that they went in to buy something they had run out of, like tea bags, and had bought something nice for tea whilst they were in there (the Co-op).
jj - I think everyone is still waiting for you to apologise to Robinia. She took the time to give you, what I think, was a correct answer. She wasn't to know that Birdfeeder had given roughly the same answer only a minute earlier.
Come on jj, do the right thing - just say sorry for that outburst. You know it makes sense!
I dont think JJ was being rude to Robinia at all... JJ was referring to the advert.
As in .... I couldn't give a *** if you came in for something else and ended up buying something nice.
Yes its poorly worded but its not directed at Robinia.
As I said, no offence taken, no apology necessary.
I went in the Co Op on Monday for cooking apples....and came out with a ready made lemon cheesecake. lol...the advert's spot on.
