Amazing Orchestral Piece

Please can somebody tell me the name/composer of this orchestral piece of music i keep hearing, it's being used alot now and i can't think of the name of it. Tesco cherokee are using it at the moment in the ad with the people standing on big statues of stars and it was on X Factor at some point last week. It's not Carmina Burana by Carl Orff that I'm thinking off but it's very similar. It might be Rachmaninov, it's definately from the Romantic period but i just can't place it and it's really starting to annoy me now! Thank you so much to anyone who can help me.
