On the old site, in the question title the system reduced subsequent characters in a string to lower case which made nonsense of titles containing NHS, IBM, USA, etc.

So I'm submitting this one to find out if it's cured.

NO it isn't. It's changed H S B M B S A to lower case from upper case how it was typed, and E to upper case from lower case. Priceless.

I think that if it concerned me enough. I would put N.H.S. I.B.M. U.S.A., but it doesn't.
