You are then perfectly entitled to a full refund. Tell them that you are going to take legal advice if the money is not refunded to your credit card immediately. You could also threaten them with seeking reimbursement from them for the day you had to pointlessly take off work - it might just help to make them get their finger out! Threaten them with trading standards, the local press, etc etc. Good luck!!
