Barclycard Arena Birmingham
I'm off there next week to see Linkin Park, is it easy to get to by car and is there plenty of easy accessible parking? Many Thanks

Also don't park near the Barclaycard Arena as it can take an hour or more to get out the car parks after the show.
Instead park at Broadway Plaza, an entertainment complex about 10 minute walk away (near Five Ways roundabout)
This has a large safe secure well lit car park and it will only take 10 minutes to walk along Broad St to the Barclaycard Arena.

A similar question was asked on the TripAdvisor forums last November and two of us suggested the Broadway Plaza and poster came back to say was a great suggestion.

The building work I mentioned above going on in the area is called "Paradise" and it is causing lots of disruption.
Here is the web site for the project showing all the changes because of road closures, diversions, bus reroutes etc.

So DONT be tempted to drive near Barclaycard Arena, and DONT be tempted to drive down Broad St (they have introduced bus lanes for part of it and hundreds are getting fines for driving in the bus lanes).
So when you get to Five Ways roundabout at the end of Broad Street just go in to the Broadway Plaza car park which is just by it and you will avoid all the building work and disruption.
Then you have just a short walk.
