Vision Express???

Has any-one had problems with Vision Express, as in waiting an unreasonably long time for new glasses to appear?

They're a part of Boots opticians.
I had problems with Boots earlier this year. It took them 3 months to unsuccessfully make my new specs. In the end I went to Specsavers and got them in seven working days.

I got my money back and a grovelling apology.

I use a small family run opticians near where I live and it only takes a week at the most for new glasses.

Boots have taken over some of their shops in my city. I surmised that they'd bought them out.

just a thought....are you confusing Vision Express with Dolland & Aitchison....Boots DID take them over.

Visited them once and never again. It was like being on a conveyor belt and still ended up with unsuitable overpriced glasses.
