Saturday. Cool outside. Stroud Farmer's Market today.

After me phoning my wee lass at the council 'cos nobody at the contractors answered the phone, my shower was repaired by two excellent lads who were disgusted at the antics of the cowboys, all three of them have been sacked.
They were moonlighting when they should have been here. Had they done what they were supposed to do all the work would have been done by Wednesday! The electrician and someone to do the tiling will be here Monday morning, it should all be finished by Wednesday. What a saga.

Morning all, know what you mean about getting a job done, we needed to replace the boiler recently, had a few people out who all interpreted it differently but then never got back to us. In the end we got it done by the first company, isn't it always the case, mainly because we didn't have many choices though. Sounds quiet outside and does not feel desperately cold, even without the heating yet. Can't run the boiler and pay for it too!
