On the new T-Mobile advert about 'Web n Walk', the song in the background is a cover of 'Teenage Kicks' and it's sung by a woman. Does anyone know her name?

It's actually a French band called Nouvelle Vague, who specialise in these kind of dreamlike covers of old indie and punk songs.
